Gladwin, Michigan is located Between 127 and M-30. Take M-61 to S M-18, or if coming from W-10, get off at the M-18 Exit and drive straight through Beaverton to us. We look forward to providing you with excellent service.
What to Know:
Al’s Scrap Metal will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law if you attempt to recycle stolen items!!!
You’re more than welcome to bring your materials in for scrapping or recycling. Upon entering the facility, position yourself in front of the scale in an orderly fashion so that we may take your weight.
Once your initial weight is taken, you will be sent to the unloading area, where you may be assisted by our team if needed. Once unloaded, you will then proceed to the scale again for the final weight.

Once we’ve taken care of your recyclables and done both weights, please proceed to the office. There you’ll be met by one of our staff who will then process your payment. Our prices are always available on our Facebook page, in the office, and via phone.
We Sell Tires & Batteries!
Don’t go to the store and pay full price for brand new just yet! Our batteries are pulled, tested, shelved, and available for purchase. Our selection of tires is usually plentiful!
If we have what you need, you will save lots of cash!

It happens to every vehicle! Sometimes they just quit or their poor bodies get worn out! When they do, we are ready to purchase them regardless of age or condition! Contact our office and we’ll take it away (haul fees may apply) or you can bring them in! A signed title is required!
